Renting a self-drive boat in Singapore Waters (Self-drive service from Bear Boat Charters) *INCOMPLETE*

Started the day at Raffles Marina (nearest mrt is Tuas Link, walking distance too) then off to Lazarus Island. Simple rental procedure but before you rent you need to go through a short orientation.
